REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to send the returns package to us. But please contact us within 7 days for a return request otherwise you are not eligible for returns. Return restocking fee is totally free but you have to pay for the return shipping fee.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following 2 conditions:

#1. It must be in the same condition that you received it.

#2. It’s a low-quality product or major different from the description.

*** Please always contact us before making any payment disputes, we are really appreciated this.  If you change your mind and would like to cancel the order, feel free to contact us right away, we will give you a full refund if your order is not shipped yet.

We do not offer refunds if you buy the wrong size, color or don’t like the product after using it. In addition, we do not offer returns on orders with coupon codes as well as sale items.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (3 to 7 days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds via returning products will just be issued after we receive the product and approve if it’s in the same condition.

LOST PACKAGES
If your tracking number status is “Delivered” but you still have not received the package please contact us right away for tracking the actual status. If your package actually lost, we will try to reship your package again for the second time and you will not be eligible for a return or refund for this case.

CHANGES REQUEST
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change it. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment. CANCEL REQUEST
If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 1-2 days of placing your order and we will be happy to make a cancellation. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. Please email us at [email protected] for canceling requests. For cancellations made by customers after payment, we will charge the cancellation fee of 4% per transaction, please be aware of this fee when checking your refund amount.
